guess wad. im been starting to go jogging with vivian and xinxian. i cant believe it myself. started my first jogging session last thurs. but IT RAINS. yest was my second session but it RAINS AGN. manage run a few rounds though. yest i ran 4 rounds non stop. although it took me a long time to complete the rounds. but im already very contented with wad i did.
im so proud of tan sok wah.

pls let me have the determination to continue with this. :)
